While I'm shocked David Hovey has nothing to do with this inverted icicle, the fact is that the spire will only be the biggest in the nation. Some Asians in Taiwan will beat this bad boy by 300 ft. by 2008. If it doesn't shine like that all effing night Chicago should ask for some of its money back.
