i forwarded it along to bruce because he had coached him on a park district soccer team, and this was his response:
WOW!! Not only weird, but also sad, tragic, spooky, unbelievable.
Was it a wholly unexpected and unpredictable suicide -- severe depression or other mental illness hidden from his roommates and friends?
Was it uncharacteristic adventurism, a penchant for risk-taking unknown to his roommates and friends?
How did he get over the tall fence and barbed wire? Did he leave the scarf and sunglasses as a marker or as a souvenir ("I was here.")? Why would he have been wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night anyhow?
