Some of you may have already heard that there was an attempted robbery in our dorm over the weekend. Three males from off-campus entered a room that had the door propped open while our resident was brushing his teeth. When our resident returned, the three men ran out of the room. Our resident chased the thief carrying a bag of his stolen belongings (laptop, ipod, camera) and was able to tackle him and keep him pinned until camp sec and CPD arrived. I don't want to scare you but I think we all need to make a conscious effort to lock our doors and please do not prop the outside doors.
