I visited Josh in NYC last last weekend and either 1) he is a male prostitute 2) he's a drug dealer 3) he's a sex and drug dealer or 4) people in Brooklyn think he's really cool. We went out and he knew like 20 people at this club. It was like I finally got to hang out with the cool kid.
Also speaking of cool kids, Ross got pissed at me cause I didn't see him and he ignored me after I skipped some club party in swanky town. Sorry Ross :(
Is anyone going to come and visit us in D.C. this summer or what the fuck? Come enjoy our nation's capital for fuck's sake.
Also caught a vicious Wilco set last night with Klatty and Matty Boom Batty.
i went to minnesota for the weekend of the 4th. saw a twins game and it was ehh. the novelty of a dome wears off in about two innings. the upper deck "bleacher" section is really, really far away, but we did get to upgrade to the 12th row behind the plate to see the twins rock it and tie the indians in the 6th before the game crawled along to a 16th inning, who gives a shit, showdown.
then on the fourth, we went to lake manitonka (sp), which was crazy. something like 100-200 boats all lined up starting at noon and just was a giant party. it was like being at cabo san lucas or something. everyone was a character and a lot of boats and partiers that looked like professional athletes. i felt like a stepped onto the set of an awesome 80s summertime camp movie, where all the counselors are going nuts before the dorky but loveable kids arrive for highjinks and life lessons. i mean there must be a connection between the vikings party cruise fiasco and this annual party-a-thon.
and yeah, clatt definately wins in the picture contest. don't worry though, clatt, we don't have the technology to put images to the sounds of the radio, so no one will ever know.
klatt, should have thought of this picture eventually being taken and being posted online 4 years later when you and shermy finished last in the second gb cup. must have been some black crows in there too. delish.
and zach, if you can tell us where and when that picture of you combing your hair was taken, i will gladly pay for your next return to that location.
