Not sure how this one hasn't been mentioned on GB yet, but Raimi's latest is a killer throwback to his old days with biting humor, creepy spells, and downright gruesome horror. He knows exactly how and at what pace to pull the audience and maintains that elusive balance of suspense, normalcy, and over-the-top gore. Music adds a lot, characters are great (the lead is sort of a hotter version of the Office's "Pam"), and the script is sharp. Highly recommended if you haven't seen it, which I imagine many of you have.

No fuckin 'round, Seattle rumor has it that 'The Stranger', the paper who took this young man in, is pretty legit.
