straight out of this week's Wilmette blotter

there was dispute over a condo building electric bill; this then led to a 33 year old woman who "wadded up the notice" (regarding the turning off of the garage lights)......... I am now quoting directly from this week's Wilmette Life: "and tossed (the wadded up notice) through the car window of the other party, hitting the woman in the head with the paper wad. She was charged with misdemeanor battery."
