I miss mail mail

Cardboard is king. In a city dying for more random conversations, this costume got them going. I carried around index cards and had people on the subway -- plus NYPD and Kelly Clark's partygoers -- write postcards to their moms. Then I gave them a stamp and actually mailed it. Josh (a convincing Pee-wee Herman, on a bender) and I got some great stuff.

"Mom, you rock. Damn. You rock. Can't wait for you to buy me things!"

That one is my favorite. How'd it work out, Waluigi? Best thing you saw?

A Klatt classic. In DC, Casper the Friendly Ghost got mistaken for 'Powder.' Pics pending.

Excellent job David, the orange arm only comes from a vet like you. Gotta say, Halloween was sort of a bust costume-wise, but I watched Friday the 13th for the FIRST time and MAN, paired with some spicy cider that movie slayed me.

Oh and Josh, how does Pee-Wee look on a bender?

pee wee pushes over (i believe more than one) newspaper vending things on corners, then somehow ends up with a whiffle ball bat and repeatedly whacks some chained-up bike at full speed only to be shouted at from across the street "that's not your bike!!" and then he walks more than a mile to the train when a block and a half would have done the trick. good times!
